My tos

GENERAL

● Hi! I'll be happy to draw whatever you want ☻●
- By commissioning me you agree to following my TOS
- To do a commission I'll need a reference sheet or a detailed description of the character, setting of the piece and other additional references
- If you give me artistic freedom, please stay in touch with me so the final result is satisfactory
- Rudeness and unfair treatment toward the artist is prohibited and will result in the cancelation of the commission.
- Both SFW and NSFW commissions are welcome.

PAYMENT

- I take the whole payment upfront.
- I accept payment in following currencies: USD, PLN, EUR.
- Payment possible via PayPal or Stripe.

art PROCESS

- After payment, I send 2-3 initial sketches and following the client's approval I continue work on the commission
- Depending on the complexity of the order:
● sketch: 1 wip
● half render: 2 - 3 wips
● full render / painting 4 - 5 wips or more
- The turnaround time for the commission depends on the type of art:
● 2 weeks for sketch/half render
● 1-2 months for half render/full painting.
- The turnaround time also depends on the following factors, of which the client will be informed:

Mental and physical health, work away from home,
family problems, complexity of the commission,
number of commissions in the queue

some rules

- The customer can ask for minor details such as outlines, markings on feral charas.
- 2 major changes to the background or a pose are allowed.The others are for $10 each.

! If you're unsure whether the detail is major or minor, please feel free to ask !

- I won't draw the following topics: pedophilia, racism, homophobia, zoophilia
and the following kinks: diapers, scat, piss, vore, farting. If you're uncertain about any other kink, please ask me.

- I own the rights to the commission and can do the following with it:
● Post it for personal advertisement and promote my services with it.- The commissioner has the rights to do the following with the commission:
● Use it for personal purposes- Print the artwork with artists's permission
- Post the artwork on any social media with the proper credit given to the artist, such as linking to their social media.

Not following the rules will result in revoking client's rights.

If you're interested in purchasing commercial rights to the artwork, you're required to pay 300% of the original price.
You can then do whatever you like with it, but don't forget to credit the creator!

Refunds and other

- I have the right to cancel and refund the money at any point of the commission process.
-The commissioner has the rights to cancel the commission without additional charge, however the amount of money refunded will depend on the amount of work done on the commission:
●100% refund if the commission hasn't been starter yet.
● 80% if progress is ¼
● 50% if progress is ½
● 20% if progress is ¾
